Confidential Logistics explained
Confidential vehicle logistics goes far beyond simply covering a vehicle with a tarp. At Classic Car Service, every discreet transport follows a multi-layered security protocol developed in close cooperation with OEM security departments. Before each transport, a dedicated Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed that covers all personnel involved, from the dispatcher to the driver.
Vehicles are concealed using manufacturer-specified camouflage materials or fully enclosed in opaque transport covers before loading. Our transporters feature tinted or blacked-out loading areas that prevent any view of the cargo. For particularly sensitive transports, GPS tracking data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and no route information is shared externally.
A strict no-photos policy applies throughout the entire transport chain. Our drivers are trained to avoid any social media activity during discreet assignments and never photograph vehicles. Loading and unloading take place in secured, camera-free zones whenever possible. Every step is documented in encrypted handover protocols accessible only to the client.
